LUCINDA MORRIS

Far Horizons Marketing is owner-managed by Lucinda Morris, who has over 20 years of marketing experience, half of which has been spent promoting luxury camps and lodges in Africa.

Although Lucinda’s passion for Africa began whilst exploring the continent with a back-pack and guide book at the age of 18, her more formal marketing  training came from roles at the Financial Times and Bonhams Fine Art Auctioneers where she was Head of Marketing. Having learnt her trade with the large corporates, Lucinda was delighted to head out to Africa to gain more practical experience.

During her 3 years in Africa, Lucinda managed a luxury camp in Kenya, worked on horseback safaris in both Kenya and Botswana and was a marketing consultant for two of Kenya’s leading safari guides.

On returning to the UK, Lucinda was to combine her love of Africa with her marketing knowledge, initially working for a representation company with a fabulous and varied portfolio of luxury lodges across Africa before setting up Far Horizons Marketing in 2009.

Lucinda has visited over 15 African countries and expands her knowledge, experience and contacts each year.
